This session ended with a cake smash…and a bloody nose.
Laikyn had the idea to do a cake smash for their branding session. Because if you want to photograph couples who enjoy epic cake smashes, you should absolutely give them inspiration for it!
While they were busy laughing and cramming icing and cake in pretty much every part of their faces but their mouths, Bryan paused and said, “Am I bleeding?” He leaned over and we watched a giant drop of red fall and splatter next to all the cream- and white-colored crumbles on the ground.
(Don’t worry, Bryan just gets nose bleeds a lot; this doesn’t usually happen with cake smashes 😉 )
