The Challenge
Stephanie and Eric were in the middle of career changes.
Well, kinda.
When we started this project, Stephanie wanted to further her podcast skills and explore the potential of starting a new business in the publishing world. She also had the intention of using her photos to build her personal brand as a podcast host and copy editor for her current job.
Which is great because when your images reflect your values, personality, and personal brand, they’ll support any project. Because all they need to do is communicate you and the emotion you elicit from someone when they work with you.
That applies to coworkers, potential bosses, or potential clients.
Eric was in the middle of a career change—from being in the trenches of the military to a becoming a military management consultant. To do this, he needed to change how his presence came off.
The Brand Story
These two tag-teamed their branding session to jumpstart both of their careers in a new direction.
Stephanie’s brand is polished & creative. She cares a lot about producing quality work, so we needed her photos to reflect a mix of creative professionalism and versatility.
For Eric, he wanted to remove some of the hard shell that his previous roles required and, instead, communicate his natural academic and approachable nature.
He summed it up as “casual professional, engaging, dedicated”.
